Eco tour & Dolphin Watch - 02H00

The Eco Tour & Dolphin Watch excursion is one of the best way to discover the wonders of Rangiroa. Enjoy a tour at the famous Aquarium, experience a drift snorkeling within the great pass of Tiputa, and look for the playful Tursiops dolphins along with friendly turtles. A tour which is not to be missed in Rangiroa !


Pick up from your hotel/pension Transfer towards the point of embarkment Start the tour with a snorkeling session within the Aquarium to observe the lagoon fauna. Then make your way towards Tiputa for a drift snorkeling session within the pass. Wrap up the tour by a dolphin expedition. Look for the big bottlenose dolphins (swimming time with the dolphins possible with clear weather), manta rays and sharks Transfer back to the dock and accommodation.

Important Remarks

Itinerary and order of the visited sites may change without prior notice according to weather conditions or other circumstances. Most excursions require healthy conditions. Pregnant women/disabled guests/babies… our services must be notified in advance!

Our water activities require guests to know how to swim, to be comfortable in the water, and able to cope with occasional currents. Guests are cautioned not to touch or step on the coral reef, or touch any underwater animals for safety and environmental reasons. We recommend reef shoes in order to avoid any wounds or discomfort. Wildlife sightings are likely but never guaranteed.

All tours have been regularly tried out in order to give the most accurate information and advice. Each guest should carefully review the tour description to evaluate its own physical limits.

Guests are recommended to wear comfortable appropriate attire including shoes (walking, water or hiking as needed), sun protection (cream, hat, and rash guard), insect repellent, sunglasses, and bring a bottle of water.
