Pension Veke Veke - Fakarava North
The Pension Veke Veke is a small and friendly guesthouse located north of the island of Fakarava, 4 kilometers from the main village, Rotoava. It offers bungalows, beach or lagoon side, simple and functional. Each unit, nicely decorated with local fabrics offer all the needed comfort with bathroom, mosquito net, fan and a private terrace, from where you will have a nice view on the crystal clear waters of the lagoon. Meals are taken together in the beautiful restaurant of the guest house. Airy, with a Polynesian style, the dining room also overlooks the translucent blue, you will there enjoy copious meals made of local products. The amazing sunsets comfortably sitting under the small faré at the end of pontoon are not to be missed.
Location
Located lagoon side, 10min from the main village and 15min from the airport. Clients welcomed with flower lei.
Dining - Entertainment Features
Meals are served in the restaurant of the guest house. Tables are set in the room and overlook the turquoise lagoon. The atmosphere is friendly with a Polynesian style decoration, with pearls and shells.
Half board is compulsory within the pension Continental breakfast: served from 7h00 to 9h30 every morning.
On the menu: coffee, tea, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice. Lunch: no service. We recommend Kori Kori snack located next door 5 m away. Dinner: Served from 19h00 to 21h00 every night. A fixed menu with 1 starter + 1 main course + 1 dessert. The meals at the guest house are essentially based on local food and fish. Fresh water is available to guests all day.

Facilities and Activities
The guest house has a small sandy beach where sun beds are available for clients to relax.
Swimming is simply beautiful with translucent water and corals nearby. Important: the guest house does not provide snorkeling equipment – do not forget your fins, mask and snorkel if you do not want to miss the amazing underwater spectacle offered by the place.
A fare pote’e located at the end of the pontoon allows you to enjoy incredible sunsets … not to be missed! Kayaks are available for free and will allow guests to explore the way of life on the island of Fakarava. But if you want, you can rent bikes (About 8 Euro/Half day ; 13 Euro/Day).
Visits of pearl farms are also available (payment on location).

Up to 2 years old, children are free of charge at Pension Veke Veke (accommodation, meals, transfers). There is no specific menu for children at the guest house.
