A closet with a safe where you can put all your unnecessary items. Here, we essentially live in harmony with the nature. The kitchenette is well equipped: dishes, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, salt and pepperare also provided. In the private tiled bathroom of white earthenware: suspended toilet, a recessed basin and a walk-in shower. Solar power is used to have hot water. The double bed 160x200cm (queen size) and his bedding are perfect to assure you a good night. .
This studio is adjacent with a similar studio (A/C Garden Studio & Kitchenette n°2), a family or two couples can come and share the diner on the large terrace.
Your housing is placed in a wonderful natural environment, we look after it. Our organic seasonal fruit trees offer us different exotic fruits. They are served at breakfast, in jam or dessert: mango, avocado, sour sop, carambola, lychee, banana, papaya. Ornamental trees such as ylang ylang, traveler’s trees, hibiscus, tiara and other flower beds will delight you with their tropical scents.

This bungalow of 38m² is next to another one. It’s perfect fora family who desire two separated bungalow.
You still can share a meal on the large covered terrace and admire the lagoon, the illuminated pontoon at night and our ornamental pond. The terrace has: a table, chairs and armchairs. You also have an outside shower in order to rinse you when you come back from the beach. The bungalow has: an air conditioner, an air brewer, a TV (French channel only). In the closet you can find a safe where you can leave you CB, travel document or other stuff. You don’t need all of these in Linareva. The kitchenette is equipped with: dishes, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, salt and pepperare also provided. In the private tiled bathroom of white earthenware: suspended toilet, a recessed basin and a walk-in shower. The beds and their bedding are perfect to assure you a good night. The two single beds can form one bed of 180x200cm. Your housing is placed in a wonderful natural environment, we look after it. This studio, without vis-à-vis, has a view of the pleasure pond planted with water lilies, papyrus and in which abound tilapias. It also offers you a view of the coral reef, the “fare pote” on the edge of beach and some flower beds. This bungalow on stilts of 32m² is nestled in a green setting. It’s the perfect choice fora couple ora single person. It has a double bed 160x200cm and –like in all our bungalows- an air conditioner and an air brewer.
The positive point here: The unobstructed view from the covered terrace on the ornamental pond and the lagoon in the background. The Polynesian furniture gives a local touch. There is an exotic table, chairs, rattan bedside tables, closet with a safe and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with: dishes, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, salt and pepperare also provided.
The private bathroom tiled with white and yellow earthenware has a walk-in shower with hot water, a recessed basin and a suspended toilet. Hot water is provided by a gas burner installed outside at the back of the bungalow. There is a wonderful raised terrace covered by the Lychee tree with a hammock, a table and two chairs. You can eat outside and relax. The bungalow is surrounded by exotic flowers like different varieties of balisiers, porcelain roses, cordyline, Madagascar periwinkle, orchid palm, but also banana, papaya, carambola. It will be a pleasure to do a guided tour with you in our garden. There is a safe in the closet, you can leave all your important stuff. You can enjoy your open terrace covered which has a table, two chairs and a hammock. You will eat with a sea view. The beach is only 5 meters away! The kitchen is separated from the bedroom. Fully equipped with: dishes, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen has a sea view and is entirely equipped with: dishes, kitchen utensils, refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. You benefit from a 180° sea view. There is the kitchen and a dining area. At your disposal: a TV (Local and French channel only), an air brewer, large windows and teak furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishes, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. This accommodation has a lot of character. It was decorated and equipped with elements recovered on the first boat that crossed between Tahiti and Moorea. Now it rests 15 meters deep in the sea not far from the pontoon. The beautiful covered terrace at the front of the housing let you relax and eat. You have a front seat to watch sunset. Large sliding windows allow to open the housing on its terrace and the garden. Before, this beautiful wooden clapboard house was the home of the proprietors. It was built in the 60s and has a lot of charm. There are two floors for 120m². On the ground floor:
wardrobe, large kitchen, living room with an air brewer and an air-conditioned bedroom (one double bed 160x200cm). Upstairs: one air-conditioned bedroom (one double bed 160×200) and on a mezzanine three single beds (90x190cm) with an air brewer. The kitchen is equipped with: dishes, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, salt and pepper are also provided. The two private bathroom are in a little “fare” which joined the villa by a shingle corridor. There are walk-in showers, suspended toilets and a double recessed basin.
The hot water is provided by solar boiler. In the living-room you have a closet and a TV (Local and French channel only). The sliding glass doors situated in the living-room (also these of the bedroom) give access to a big covered terrace. You can eat and relax out of sight. His table carved in a trunk of falcata makes the place original. The large mango tree in front of the terrace, planted in the 60’s, provides shade and fresh fruits in season for breakfasts and homemade “organic” jam. The adjoining basin filled by water lilies and papyrus is overrun by tilapia fish. We consider it like our natural mosquito trap: this type of fish eats mosquito larvae. So we avoid as we can the treatments with toxic products.
