Explore World War 2 remains and learn why Americans used Bora Bora as a staging area during WWII and their influence on the locals of Bora Bora.

Other stops include various look out points around the island where you’ll get to see Bora Bora on the West and East side and the Matira look out from where you’ll see all various colors of the lagoon.

At Mami Ruta’s Pareo house see how local handmade pareos are done. It is also the opportunity to taste some fresh season fruits.

Pick up / Drop off – All Hotels & Guest Houses with meeting point on main island, (property(ies) below with extra charge). Four Seasons – Roundtrip boat transfer for a pick up at Anau (shared transfer). Motu Hotels – Roundtrip transfers fees Motu/main island to be paid on site or through our agency. Motu Guest Houses – Roundtrip transfers fees Motu/main island to be paid on site.

Itinerary and order of the visited sites may change without prior notice according to weather conditions or other circumstances. Most excursions require healthy conditions. Pregnant women/disabled guests/babies… our services must be notified in advance!

Our land tours (4×4 vehicles, ATV or similar) may include rough off-road driving and steep ascents and descents. It is therefore not Updated: August 2016 recommended to pregnant women, persons suffering from motion sickness, vertigo, bad back, or excess weight. 

All tours have been regularly tried out in order to give the most accurate information and advice. Each guest should carefully review the tour description to evaluate its own physical limits.

Guests are recommended to wear comfortable appropriate attire including shoes (walking, water or hiking as needed), sun protection (cream, hat, and rash guard), insect repellent, sunglasses, and bring a bottle of water.
