Shark & Ray Lagoon Safari and Motu TAPU- Full Day with BBQ Lunch
Small family business native of the island, the Tepeva family will take you onboard one of its boats on exceptional preserved sites they discovered themselves, away from the bustle of the famous touristic spots. Ray, shark, octopus, lagoon fish, reef … it’s in a friendly atmosphere that the son or dad Tepeva will share its knowledge. To finish in style, discover one of the most beautiful motu of the Bora Bora, the mythical Motu Tapu, former residence of the queen and property prohibited to any person outside the court, hence its name of “tapu” (banned in Tahitian) where a BBQ lunch will be served. Enjoy a walk on the beach or a swim after lunch.
Highlights
Black tip Sharks & Sting Rays Watching;
Standing in a 3-feet deep water, you will have the opportunity to touch the sting rays. The location where the black tip sharks are fed is close to the corral barrier, a rope is attached under the 3-feet deep water to observe them closely. From there, you can see the sharks, colorful fish and rays.

Enjoy snorkeling and discover the breathtaking underwater world: multi-color clams, shoals and colorful fishes and corals…
Picnic on Motu Tapu:
A delicious meal with grilled fish and meat (chicken or beef) accompagnied with a rice salad and greens will be served on mythic motu Tapu. Several tables covered with a tablecloth are set so you can enjoy lunch alone or share your thoughts about the morning discoveries. Enjoy a siesta on the white sand beach or a swim in the crystal clear water with a stunning view and surroundings.

Important Remarks
Itinerary and order of the visited sites may change without prior notice according to weather conditions or other circumstances. Most excursions require healthy conditions. Pregnant women/disabled guests/babies… our services must be notified in advance!
Our water activities require guests to know how to swim, to be comfortable in the water, and able to cope with occasional currents. Guests are cautioned not to touch or step on the coral reef, or touch any underwater animals for safety and environmental reasons. We recommend reef shoes in order to avoid any wounds or discomfort. Wildlife sightings are likely but never guaranteed.
All tours have been regularly tried out in order to give the most accurate information and advice. Each guest should carefully review the tour description to evaluate its own physical limits.
