Highlights

The tour begins with the JET SKI ride, departing from the base at the Matira tip. Back to the base, you will have time to rinse off and change for the QUAD. The technical explanations are held at the base before each tour.

Jet Ski – Circle Island Tour

Discover the different colors of the legendary lagoon of Bora Bora. You will have time to familiarize yourself with your jet ski and enjoy the sensation of driving such an engine.

Jet Ski – Stop on the motu

A stop on the motu right in front of mount Otemanu where you will see a “coconut show”: coconut shelling, grated coconut and coconut juice tasting…accompanied by other tropical fruits sampling. Relax before driving back to the base.
You will then go on the quad tour beginning with a ride on the road to familiarize yourself with your vehicle before starting the first climb.

Quad – Povai Hill

Along the first ascent of Povai hill, you will see some old bunkers left over from World War II. The arrival at the summit will offer a commanding view of part of the island east to west.

Quad – View of the islands  of Raiatea and Tahaa

The second climb, slightly more technical lead you to a magnificent view of motu Toopua which is facing Vaitape, the neighboring islands of Raiatea & Tahaa and mountains Otemanu & Povai.

Quad – Back seaward

Return to the base is along the bay of Rofau.

Itinerary and order of the visited sites may change without prior notice according to weather conditions or other circumstances. Most excursions require healthy conditions. Pregnant women/disabled guests/babies… our services must be notified in advance! Our land tours (4×4 vehicles, ATV or similar) may include rough off-road driving and steep ascents and descents. It is therefore not recommended to pregnant women, persons suffering from motion sickness, vertigo, bad back, or excess weight.

Our water activities require guests to know how to swim, to be comfortable in the water, and able to cope with occasional currents. Guests are cautioned not to touch or step on the coral reef, or touch any underwater animals for safety and environmental reasons. We recommend reef shoes in order to avoid any wounds or discomfort. Wildlife sightings are likely but never guaranteed.

All tours have been regularly tried out in order to give the most accurate information and advice. Each guest should carefully review the tour description to evaluate its own physical limits. Guests are recommended to wear comfortable appropriate attire including shoes (walking, water or hiking as needed), sun protection (cream, hat, and rash guard), insect repellent, sunglasses, and bring a bottle of water
