Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is an exclusive resort on one of the most remote and unspoiled islands of Fiji. Just 18 luxury bungalows
are hidden among the palms, each just a few steps from a pristine white beach. How to Get There
Located within the Yasawa chain of Islands, Yasawa Island Resort is a beautiful 30 minute scenic flight from Nadi International Airport. The resort’s airstrip is a short 7 minute complimentary transfer to the resort.
Scheduled Air Transfer
Yasawa Island Resort charters its flights from independent third party providers. Flight departure times are confirmed to guests on final payment prior to travel to Fiji. Flights operate during daylight hours only.
Flight schedule is as follows:
Depart Nadi Airport 2:00pm, arrive Yasawa Island Resort 2:30pm. Depart Yasawa Island Resort 2:50pm, arrive Nadi Airport 3:20pm.
Due to loading and weather conditions, these third-party air charter providers may provide alternate aircraft due to weather or safety
concerns.
Yasawa reserves the right to change the flight departure time and type of aircraft used.
Changes in aircraft may result in the increase of fares quoted and these differences will be charged to clients directly.

The maximum number of passengers is dependent on combined weights of each person travelling, plus baggage weight. Plane type is only an indication and the actual plane may vary. Private charters are available on request and prices are subject to change and need to be confirmed at the time of booking.

Baggage Limit
There is a strict baggage limit of 23kg per person (50Ibs). Extra luggage may be stored at the resort’s Nadi Airport Office. Alternatively, additional baggage will incur an extra charge of FJD $5.00 per extra kilogram.

Restaurants and Bars
Restaurant: Stroll along the beach at sunrise and you might see Yasawa’s chefs inspecting the catch offered by local fisherman. Beneath the roof of Yasawa’s open-sided restaurant you can choose the best seafood available, offered alongside organic local produce, tropical fruits and fine meats flown from Australia and New Zealand. A table for two with a view of the ocean is guaranteed. All gourmet meals and snacks are included in Yasawa’s pricing.
Private Dining: At Yasawa a meal can be extraordinary. Choose a location you’ll never forget – alone beneath the stars, on the beach beside the lapping waves, beside our horizon pool, among the palms in your private beach hut, or simply hidden away in the comfort of your own bure. A table for two can materialize almost anywhere at Yasawa, just name the place.
Beach Picnics: Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is surrounded by 11 deserted beaches, each one a private paradise waiting to be visited by you and your loved one. Order champagne and board a boat, armed with a picnic basket prepared by the chef. You’ll be delivered to a beach of your own. Like all motorised & nonmotorised water sports, activities, trips and tours on Yasawa, a private beach picnic is included in the tariff.
Beverages: It’s a long way from Rome, but you’ll be able to get espresso. All non-alcoholic beverages are included in the tariff at Yasawa, from espresso coffee to milkshakes, mocktails, fresh tropical juice, sodas and bottled water. And for something a little stronger, Yasawa’s barmans are a deft hand with the cocktail shaker and maintains an impeccably stocked bar. If there’s a finer wine list in Fiji, we’ve yet to find it. Yasawa’s wine list has been carefully selected to include the finest wines from Australia and New Zealand, offered alongside prestige champagne vintages from France.

A liquor-inclusive add on package is available and includes unlimited selected beverages from the standard wine, beer and drinks list. Cost is per person per day (over 18 years) and must be taken by all adults in the bure for entire stay.

Each of the free standing Deluxe Bures/Villas are 135 square metres or 1450square feet of space. These bures/villas are split level with a lower living area and upper bedroom area expansive newly refurbished bathrooms, and large outdoor decks.

The Two Bedroom Bure/Villa is perfect for two couples or a family with older children travelling together. Perched above the south end of Yasawa’s stunning beach with endless views, this Bure/Villa has two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a large central living space and wrap around decks. At 230 square metres or 2475 square feet this is Yasawa’s largest bure/villa.
Lomalagi Honeymoon Bure Beachfront With Pool – All Year Rate
Honeymoon Beachfront Bures with Pool (1) has the maximum capacity of 2 adults or 2 adults & 3 children during family week (1 King, 1 Divan Sofa & 1 Trundle Bed).
Also known as Lomalagi (loh-mah-langi), the Fijian word for heaven, the Honeymoon Bure sits on its own stretch of pristine, white sand beach, approximately 100m from the rest of the resort offering another level of privacy and exclusivity. With its own lap pool and
the option to have meals delivered to the bure/villa, one may never want to leave. Lomalagi is 209 square metres or 2250 square feet. Room includes Ultimate Spa Package.

Payment Policy
A deposit of FJD $2,000.00 per bure is payable within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Yasawa Island Resort accommodation is limited therefore if the deposit or balance of payment is not received by the due date, without any advice, Yasawa Island Resort & Spa may assume that the client has cancelled their proposed stay with Yasawa and is entiltled to release the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival (including no shows and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total
booking value.
Amendment Policy
Free changes to travel dates apply if date change request is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. If date change includes reduction in nights or changes in bure category, rate changes may apply.
Yasawa Island Resort & Spa will not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience, which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of their control such as travel agent error, late arrival /early departure or cancelation of international or domestic flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, cyclones, weather related interruptions, acts of God, acts of Government or the failure of any machinery or equipment. Resort shall also not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and property or any injuries during the client’s stay or during participation in any of the resort’s activities. The client shall follow any directions, which may be given to them during their stay and while participating in any of the resort’s activities. Clients will be required to sign a liability waiver on arrival at the resort.
COVID-19 Special Conditions
In the event of national border closures, travel restrictions, international flight cancellations specifically related to Covid-19, and/or ill health of the guests specific to Covid-19 (medical certificate required), Yasawa will waive all cancellation and amendment fees. Free date changes may be applied for travel up to 24 months from original travel dates.
