How to Get There
Domestic air transfers are available from either Nausori (Suva) International Airport or Nadi International Airport. To enable same-day transfers, please ensure the arrival flight is scheduled to landprior to 3:00pm and departing flight is scheduled to depart after 10:00am.
The journey is approximately 45-60 minutes from Nadi International Airport or 25-30 minutes from Suva in the resorts privately owned and operated seaplane/ helicopter. Aircraft allocation will remain at the absolute discretion of the resort. Specific aircraft requests cannot be guaranteed.
Luggage restrictions apply to all transfers. Each passenger is permitted one carry-on luggage piece (10kg max) on board the transfer.
Any additional or oversized luggage which is unable to be accommodated on the same aircraft will be delivered to the guest’s villa at the earliest opportunity. Please inform all guests that any evening wear, swimwear, sleepwear and essentials should be packed in their carry-on luggage. Domestic Air Transfers cannot be guaranteed unless guests have advised their return flight information a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. To confirm a domestic air transfer, please provide the names and weights of all passengers, luggage weights and dimensions, and arrival and departure flight information.Flights are subject to changeable weather conditions including tidal, sea state and prevailing winds, air traffic control and other influences outside of the resort control.

Villa rates are inclusive of all meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner daily) including in-villa dinning, non-alcoholic beverages, non- motorised watersports, one 45-minute spa treatment per adult per stay O R one tank scuba dive per adult per stay, kids club from 9:00am to 9:00pm, nanny services (0-3 years) from 9:00am to 5:00 pm, use of resort facilities and land-based ctivities, laundry and pressing services.
Residences rates are inclusive of all the above villa inclusions with VIP airport facilitation,one in residence private dining experience and dedicated butler and nanny services for the duration of stay.

Payment Policy
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Late payments will incur a penalty equivalent to 5% of the total amount overdue.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled outside of 60 days prior to travel will incur a charge of 20% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled within 60 days prior to travel (including no shows and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
For all bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the resort will arrange for any cancellation fees to be held as a Resort Credit. A new booking must be made for travel within 6 months of the original arrival date, or cancellation fees will be forfeited. Prepayment amount is forfeited if new booking is cancelled, regardless of when the cancellation is advised.
All cancellations or amendments must be acknowledged in writing by Kokomo Private Island Fiji.
The Resort will not be liable for any natural disasters or acts of God which are deemed outside of its control, including but not limited to; fire, flooding, earthquakes, explosions, storms and cyclones. Nor will the resort be liable for other force majeure events including change in laws, war or hostilities, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil unrest or disorder, labour strikes, stoppages or disruptions, sale, seizure of resort under legal process, disease or medical epidemics or outbreaks.
The Resort reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical matters or any other unforeseen circumstances. To avoid disappointment, Kokomo Island Resort recommends securing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming a reservation and accepting the terms & conditions of the resort’s cancellation policy.
Date/name changes/reductions in length of stay will be considered as a cancellation, hence the booking will be cancelled and a new reservation must be made
