Child Policy
Children 5 to 17 years are at child rate. Children 4 years and under stay free of charge in existing bedding.
Booking Policy
A minimum two night stay is required.
Payment Policy
Deposit of USD $150.00 per person is due within 14 days of booking.
Balance of payment is due 75 Days prior to client’s arrival.
Late Bookings within 75 days prior to travel will require full payment at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival (including no shows or early departure) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking
value.
