Child Policy
Accommodation Policy
2 children 12 years and under per room, stay for free when sharing room with parent(s) in the Garden View, Superior Garden View, Ocean View and Suite Rooms. The third child surcharge fee is included in the Superior Garden View Room rate.
Baby cots and high chairs must be requested at the time of the booking, subject to availability. Baby sitting services are available at an additional cost per child per hour. Booking must be made at least 4 hours prior for babysitting services and the following supervisory criteria will apply:
6 months to under 3 years, strictly one babysitter per child;
3 years (potty trained) to 12 years, maximum 2 children per babysitter.
Free Meals Policy
2 Children 12 years and under, when sharing room with parents in the Garden View, Superior Garden View, Ocean View and Suite Rooms, eat all meals for free from the Bula Brasserie Buffet Breakfast, Children’s Lunch Buffet or children’s set menu at from 12.00pm to 2.00pm, and from nightly themed buffet dinner or children’s set menu at nominated venues from 6.00pm to 9.00pm. For all children’s meals ordered outside the meal times, applicable menu charges will apply. Children 12 years and under when dining with parents at the Pappagallo or Sazanami restaurants will receive a 50% discount off their meal when ordering from the main menu. Wicked Walu dining is for ages 13 years and above only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 1 nights accommodation.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival (including no shows or early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
Early checkouts and unused rooms are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Rosie Holidays.
