How to Get There
Located on the island of Vanua Levu, Fiji’s second largest Island, Namale Resort & Spa is accessible by domestic air transfers.
Air Transfer – Fiji Link domestic air transfer from Nadi to Savusavu Airport, approximately a 45 minute flight.
Resort Operated Transfer – Between Savusavu Airport and
Namale Resort & Spa, complimentary round-trip ground vehicle
transfers are provided to and from Savusavu Airport and the resort.

Check in time is at 3:00pm.
Check out time is at 10:00am.
Early check in and late check out is subject to availability.
Day Rooms
Shower facilities are available for guests who arrive early or depart late when early/late check in/out are not available.

Food & Beverage
Offering a wide selection of food and beverage choices, Namale’s highly trained and experienced F&B team caters to a variety of discerning palettes each day. The elaborate breakfasts, 3-course lunches and 5-course dinners include a fusion of international flavors with fruits, vegetables and ingredients sourced locally and from our own Organic Farm. Guests with dietary sensitivities are encouraged to let us know at the time of booking, so that the resort can create specific menus for their needs.
There are 2 restaurants available at Namale: The Main Bure Restaurant and Walu Restaurant. Each with their own style and menu offerings, guests have the choice to dine at either restaurant between 7:00am and 10:00pm each day, or via Room Service. Resort casual dress is suitable for all meals, in all of our dining areas.

Weather permitting, guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch at any of these locations as much as they’d like during their stay. Guests staying 5+ nights will enjoy a dinner at one of those locations (weather permitting). Additional evening dine outs and dine outs for guests staying fewer than 5 nights will be arranged by the concierge on a space available basis. All remote dine outs are weather dependent and can only be scheduled on property in order to take weather into consideration. Dine outs cancelled due to inclement weather are rescheduled on a space available basis only.
Bar Service
Bar service is available throughout restaurant hours. If there is a certain “spirit of choice” that we can provide for you in your bure, call room service or ask one of the staff in the Main Bure or Reception. Your Bure mini-fridge is restocked daily with a variety of waters, sodas, juices, and local beer. Guests may customize their daily restocking to their preference. While enjoying the Kava Bowl Game Room, please feel free to help yourself to the Kava Bowl Bar, which has a variety of beverages. Wines are available upon request and will be brought through from the main bar to the Kava Bowl. There is also a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres each evening before dinner.
Wines:
The wine selection consists of a variety of wines from different regions of the world. Experienced bar and wait staff would be happy to suggest wines to pair with your food choices.
Note: All dining areas in and around the Main Dining Bure are designated as Smoke Free Environments. Please inquire with the staffs regarding dining options where smoking is allowed. Also, due to the traditional grass construction of the bures & villas, refrain from smoking whenever they are inside a bure, villa, or building.

Child Policy
The resort welcomes children 16 years of age or older.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s accommodation is due at the time of booking confirmation. This deposit is non transferable.
Non-refundable balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Pricing and availability are subject to change until deposit is taken. Changes outside of Namale’s control, such as taxes, remain the
guest’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival (including no shows or early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled 61 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the total deposit paid.
Namale does not allow for an amendment of check in date within 30 days of arrival.
Namale does not move reservations arrival dates for guest that miss their check in day for any reason.
The only exception to this policy is airline schedule changes with a maximum 3 day pre or post date change from original date.
It is strongly recommended that all guests take out travel insurance.
Last Minute Bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival have a 3 day cancellation window before 100% financial responsibility is assumed by the Travel Partner and the entire amount is deemed due and non-refundable.
