Package Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value. Bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival (including no shows and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
Child Policy
2 children under 12 years can stay for free in existing bedding when sharing a room with 2 adults.
Children 3 to 12 years at child rate for meals.
Children under 2 years eat free of charge.

COVID-19
Cancellations due to Covid-19 illness may have their booking held in credit to reschedule dates for a period of 12 months from the date of the initial booking. Notice of cancellation must be received by Rosie Holidays in writing within 24 hours of arrival with verification of Covid-19 illness.
