How to Get There
Located amongst the popular Mamanuca archipelago and situated 25 kilometres from Fiji’s International Airport in Nadi, Malolo Island Resort can be easily accessed by catamaran launch transfers, private speedboat and water taxi services as well as seaplanes.
Launch Transfers – South Sea Cruises fast catamaran departsdaily from Port Denarau which takes 50 minutes or 2 hoursdepending on the type of service.
Private Speedboat & Water Taxi Transfers – – Mamanuca Express operates private transfers to and from Port Denarau and which takes approximately 40 to 45 minutes (weather dependent).
Seaplanes – departs on demand from Nadi Airport and Denarau Island and take approximately 10 minutes (weather dependent).
Arrivals or departures are not accepted prior to 8:00am. Luggage and weight restrictions apply.

Influenced by its location to the beach and being a “barefoot in the
sand ” venue, the menu is beach café style offering fresh salads,
gourmet and traditional pizzas, hamburgers, rolls, beer-battered fish
and chips and a selection of meats and seafood from the grill. In the
evenings the Beach Bar is the venue for some fun, friendly team
and family activities. The Beach Bar is open 7 days for lunch and 6
nights a week for dinner service. It is closed in Saturday nights
The Restaurant Complex
Reminiscent of the old plantation homestead with its imposing entrance and wide open verandahs, the colonial inspired Restaurant Complex is set back from the beach amongst tropical forest and gardens and overlooks the resorts two swimming pools.
Open for breakfast from 7:00am to 10:00am, lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm, dinner from 6.30pm to 10:00pm, Kids Eat Free Lunch from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, Kids Eat Free Dinner from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The Terrace Restaurant is the resort’s main dining facility with seating for over 100 people and is open daily for breakfast, lunch
and dinner. Offering modern Asian and Pacific Rim cuisine and using only the freshest available produce, the Terrace offers an extensive menu variety for island guests with plenty breakfast, lunch and dinner options. A healthy children’s menu is also available.
Terrace
Treetops
Open for adults only Beakfast from 7:00am to 10:00am and dinner from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Located along the verandah at the other side of the Restaurant Complex and overlooking the adults’ pool, lounge areas and lush gardens. Slightly more formal in style and service, Treetops offers an air-conditioned venue for our adult guests and children 13 years and above and offers tantalising and extensive A la Carte menu plus daily changing Chef’s specials showcasing again the full spectrum of Pacific Rim Cuisine. In addition, Treetops also provides a stunning breakaway dining experience for groups and weddings and, makes for a perfect venue for small meetings and conferences. Treetops is open 7 days for breakfast and 6 nights a
week for dinner (closed Saturday nights).
Kids Menu
The kids a la carte menu has a varied selection of dishes based on quality food and healthy eating, offering children the usual favourites but made with fresh local produce, keeping them fuelled up for the day’s activities. Fried items are available for the kids with parents approval. The resort is flexible with all special dietary requirements and parent’s should feel free to request any special dishes, classic favourites or something out of the ordinary, with advance notice. The resort also encourages pre-booking infant purees for lunch and dinners. Kids Eat Free set lunch (12:00pm to 2:00pm) and dinner (5:30pm to 6:30pm) is served at the Terrace Restaurant daily

Christmas Dinner is served on the evening of the 25 December and includes a 5 course set menu with choices of 2 entrees, 3 maincourses and 2 desserts
New Year’s Eve Dinner is served on the evening of the 31 December and includes the Malolo New Year’s Buffet Spectacular. This Meal Plan supplement applies to guests already on a meal plan. No surcharge applies for infants. Guests not on a prepurchased meal plan pay the resort directly for the compulsory Christmas & New Year’s Dinner.
Compulsory festive season surcharge applies to kids (3-12yrs) for stays on 25 & 31 December 2021 when booking Kids Eat Free Offer.

Oceanview Bure - All Year Rate
Oceanview Bures (18) have the maximum capacity of 4 people (1 king & 2 single beds).
Oceanview Bures are 33 sq metres (355 sq feet) in a semi openplan style, with 14 sqmetre verandahs, a sumptuous King Bed, plus two single beds in the general living area which convert to daybeds. These bures can accommodate up to 4 people – ideally 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and have ocean views.
Deluxe Oceanview Bure - All Year Rate
Deluxe Oceanview Bures (12) have the maximum capacity of 4 people or 5 people if the 5th person is an infant (under 2yrs) in a cot. (1 king & 2 single beds).
Deluxe Oceanview Bures are 50 sq metres (538 sq feet) with 14 sq metre verandahs and with the bedroom closed off from the general living area where the daybeds/single beds are located. These bures are suitable for up to 4 people, but ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, or 5 people if the 5th person is an infant
(U3yrs) in a cot.
Deluxe Oceanview Bure 5 - All Year Rate
Deluxe Oceanview Bure 5 (4) have the maximum capacity of 5 people and 1 infant (1 king, 3 single beds & 1 port-a-cot is available on request for an infant 2 years and under).
There are four of these bures where additional bedding can be added to accommodate 5 people at an additional cost, ie 2A3C (3rd child/person 2yrs and over) where the 3rd piece of bedding is a single mattress rollaway bed.
Tadra Beach Bure - All Year Rate
Tadra Beach Bures (2) have the maximum capacity of 2 adults (1 king & 2 day beds).
“Tadra” means “dream” in Fijian. There are only two of these special bures, located at the very end and most private part of the Malolo beach right on the ocean’s edge. Suitable for couples/adults only, whether celebrating a wedding or honeymoon or just wanting that extra special level of accommodation, privacy and location.
These bures are over 50 sqm (538 sqft) in size with spacious verandahs, a sumptuous four-poster King bed, two daybeds and stunning ocean views. Included with this bure, is a complimentary bottle of Australian sparkling wine and a tropical fruit platter on arrival to get you started straight away on your romantic escape.This is Malolo romance at its best.
Family Oceanview Bure - All Year Rate
Family Oceanview Bures (4) have the maximum capacity of 7 people (2 king & 3 single beds).
There are four family bures at Malolo which can sleep up to 7 people. Two are 100sqm (1076sqft) with a 20sqm (215sqft) verandah located in a two story bure (Bures 27 & 28). They each comprise 2 bedrooms, each with a King sized bed, one ensuite and one main bathroom accessible from the living area, and 3 single
beds (suitable for children) also located in the spacious living area.
The other two bures (Bures 3 & 10) are 92sqm (990sqft) in size comprising 2 bedrooms – each with a King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom (accessed through the bedrooms), and 3 single beds (suitable for children), plus a spacious 18.75sqm verandah (202sqft).

such as the beach at sunset or amongst the tropical gardens.
Domoni Essential Wedding Package
Includes co-ordination service, escort and transfer to Nadi Registry Office (pick-up from Nadi based hotels only), registration and documentation fee, fresh salusalu (floral lei), bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, ceremony location and set-up and minister/celebrant fee including transfers/meals.

Renewal of Vows

Helpful Legal Information
Registration: All couples need to register their intent to marry with the Registry Office in Nadi 28 days prior to arrival.
Documentation: : The bride and groom must note the following items to allow a smooth process of registering their intent to marry in Fiji – certified or original copy of Birth Certificates, current passport and if previously married, a copy of the divorce/annulment papers.
A copy of the above documents must be sent to Rosie Holidays a minimum of three weeks prior to the wedding so they can be forwarded to the Registry Office in Fiji for processing. Please advise the couple to bring the originals with them.
Following the wedding ceremony, the wedding coordinator can organize the signed documents be sent to the mainland for processing. This would take a minimum of 4 weeks to be mailed from the actual date of the wedding. The wedding coordinator can provide further details at the time of registration.
Child Policy
2 children of any age stay free in existing bedding when sharing a room with 2 adults unless an additional charge is specified in the tariff. In order to better cater for the diverse clientele and provide a balanced experience to all of guests, the following age restrictions apply at the resort: Treetops Restaurant (13 years and over)

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled/amended within 21 days of arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking value. Bookings cancelled/amended within 7 days of arrival (including no shows and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled/amended within 28 days of arrival (including no shows, late arrival and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
All cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing. Amendments which result in a reduction in room nights is subject to the
cancellation policy.
