Check out time is 11:00am.
One full night’s accommodation rate applies, should a room be required for guaranteed immediate check in prior to 3.00pm. Late check out until 6:00pm can be provided on request at 50% off the nightly rate, subject to availability. Check out after 6.00pm will incur a charge of full night’s accommodation fee.
Day Rooms
Day Room use can be provided at 50% off the nightly rate between 10.00am to 6.00pm.
A full night’s charge will apply for check- in prior to 10.00am and check out after 6.00pm.

Low & Shoulder Season
Bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation.
Peak Season
Christmas/ New Year (22 December 2022 to 10 January 2023), Easter Holiday (15 April 2022 to 18 April 2022), School Holidays (02 April 2022 to 26 April 2022, 03 July 2022 to 20 July 2022 and 18 September 2022 to 05 October 2022).
Bookings cancelled within 10 days of arrival will incur a charge of two night’s accommodation.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled arrival (including no shows) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
