Bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival (including no shows and early departures) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
High Season
28 June 2022 to 09 July 2022, 20 September 2022 to 01 October 2022 and 26 December 2022 to 05 January 2023.
Bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
Bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking value.

All cancellations must be made in writing and must be acknowledged in writing by Rosie Holidays.
Amendments to dates of stay within 28 days prior to original booking arrival date will incur an administration fee.
Any booking that is amended which results in a reduction in booked revenue as a result of the change or any portion of the booking being cancelled is subject to the cancellation policy. Name changes are not permitted. A request to change names will be treated as a cancellation of the booking and incur the cancellation charges outlined above.
