How to Get There
Located on Sonaisali Island, Double Tree Resort by Hilton is a 25 minute drive from Nadi Airport. Rosie Holidays operated Seat in Coach or Private Transfers are available on demand from Nadi Airport to Double Tree Resort.

Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
Early check out unless otherwise negotiated, will incur a charge of one nights accommodation rate should the guest wish to shorten their stay.
Dayrooms
Day rooms for early arrival and late departure are subject to availability at time of booking. A charge of 50% of the day’s rate will apply to guaranteed late departures after the checkout time of 11:00am and up to 4:00pm.
Guaranteed late departures after 4:00pm will incur a full night’s charge. Please quote LATE CHECK OUT on the bookings with the time of check out and quote PRE-REG for guaranteed early arrivals.
Rate Inclusions
Includes buffet breakfast for 2 adults only in Vulani Resturant , complimentary Kids Club for children 3 to 12 years.of age, Wi-Fi in selected public areas, 30 minutes of non-motorised water sport activities per adult per stay, and coffee and tea facilities in all rooms.
Additional Information
Guarantee Policy
At check in, a bond will be required from the guest to secure payment of incidentals to the hotel. The bond can be processed by credit card (debit cards not accepted) or cash. Upon full settlement of outstanding charges at check out, bonds on credit cards will be released by the hotel’s bank within 3 working days. Any unused amount on cash bond will be refunded back in local currency, at the hotel’s prevailing exchange rate of the day. Credit card payments will incur a merchant fee of 2.4% in addition to the total amount payable (merchant fee subject to change).
No Cash Policy
All outlets of the resort operate on a no cash policy. Credit card payments or room charges for in house guests are the payment options available. Incidental charges that have been charged to the
room can be settled using cash on check out.

Double Queen Guestroom – Ground Floor is the only room category which allows for wheelchair access and is available at an additional cost.
Guest disability requirements must be noted at time of booking. No specials are applicable to Ground Floor accessible rooms.

Breakfast
Children 0 to 12 years eat free at the Vulani restaurant, when accompanied by an adult and a regular adult breakfast buffet is purchased.
Breakfast is available at an extra cost for children over 13 years.
Lunch & Dinner
Children 0 to 12 years enjoy free meals from the kid’s menu at Vulani Restaurant or Tava Restaurant when accompanied by an adult and one regular adult main meal is purchased. Full meal rates apply for 13 years above.
Accommodation
2 children below 12 years stay free when sharing the room with parents in room categories that can cater for them in existing bedding. Rollaway bed are applicable for children 12 years and under if not sleeping in existing bedding at an additional charge. Free Baby cots for following room categories Double Queen Beachfront Guestroom, King – Ocean View Bure and King – Beachfront Bure.
Kids Club
This is complimentary to all in house guests. Children 0 to 3 years are allowed in the Kids Club when accompanied by a parent or babysitter. From the age of 3 years and over children will be looked after by a Kids Club attendant if they in house guest.. No meals are given to children during the day but water is provided. Some optional activities may incur a charge.
Baby Sitters
Baby sitters can be organized through the Kids Club and prices are available on request. A minimum charge of three hours will apply. To arrange a baby sitter the guest must contact the Kids Club prior to or during their stay. The agreement is between the guest and the baby sitter direct and the resort takes no responsibility for this contract between either parties.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value. Bookings cancelled within 2 days of arrival (including no shows) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
High Season
01 April 2022 to 26 April 2022, 24 June 2022 to 24 July 2022, 16 September 2022 to 15 October 2022 and 24 December 2022 to 05 January 2023.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival (including no shows) will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value. Amendments to bookings are subject to the cancellation policy.
