Helicopter Charter
Mamanuca Zone 1: Castaway Island Resort, Likuliku, Lomani, Malamala Beach Club, Musket Cove, Namotu, Plantation Island
Resort, Six Senses Resort, Tavarua, Treasure Island Resort, Tropica and Wadigi.
Mamanuca Zone 2: Mana Island Resort, Matamanoa, Tadrai, Tokoriki Island Resort, Sheraton Resort & Spa – Tokoriki and Vomo Island Resort.
Yasawa Zone 1: Barefoot Manta, Barefoot Kuata and Viwa Island Resort.
Yasawa Zone 2: Mantaray Resort, Octopus Resort, Paradise Cove Resort.
Yasawa Zone 3: Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, Coral View, Coconut Beach Resort, Nanuya Island Resort and Navutu Stars.
Rakiraki Hotels: Volivoli Resort, Wananavu Resort, Dolphine Island Resort.
Intercontinental, Marriott Momi Bay, Outrigger Hotel,
Shangri-La-Fijian Hotel, Warwick/Naviti Resorts, and Royal

Seaplane Charter

Pacific Island Air offers helicopter, seaplane and fixed-wing aircraft for the resorts and island transfers, scenic flights, charters, adventure packages, medivac and commercial operations in and around Fiji for those wanting to explore the beauty of Fiji by air.
Pacific Island Air has the flexibility and capability of flying to any destination in Fiji. Passengers can fly by seaplane one way and return by helicopter, offering two distinctly different experiences from one operator. They currently operates two twin-engine Squirrel helicopters, one single-engine Squirrel and two EC130 Airbuses which all seats six passengers which are based at Nadi Airport but can also fly from the base in Denarau Marina.
They have two single – engine De Havilland Otter seaplanes, one seats seven passengers and the other seats 10 passenger’s .They also have Fixed Wing Aircraft which consists of three twin-engine BrittenNorman Islanders planes which seats eight passengers. This plan has the capability of flying to any landing strip in Fiji. Pacific Island Air also offer scenic flights, private charters and adventure packages for those wanting to explore the beauty of Fiji by Air

Check in time is 30 minutes prior to departure to allow the completion of facilitation processes and an on-time departure.

Baggage Limit
Seaplane Baggage Allowance is 20kg per person
Helicopter Baggage Allowance is 15kg per person. Infants 0 to 23months do not have a luggage allowance, their luggage will be counted as part of their parents allowance. Excess luggage will incur additional charges.
The passenger shall not take onto the aircraft or include in theirluggage any explosives, volatile spirits, corrosives, any easily ignitable articles or offensive thing likely to cause inconvenience to other passengers or anything likely to endanger the aircraft, other passengers or goods. Pacific Island Air shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to monies, negotiable securities, gold, silverware, jewellery, ornaments, works of art, or other valuables, even if such valuables have been deposited with it for the agreed purpose of safe-keeping whether such loss or damage may be due or alleged to be due wholly or partly to negligence or misconduct or fault on the part of Pacific Island Air, its servants or agents or otherwise howsoever.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of departure including no shows will incur a charge of 100% of total fare per person. Bookings cancelled before 14 days of departure is refundable.
Amendment Policy
Changes onces ticketed are subject to availability and will incur an additional fees.
Changes within 7 days of travel are not permitted.
Should weather conditions or unforeseeable events dictate that flights cannot be carried out passengers may be required to find alternative transport or overnight which would be at their own expense. Pacific Island Air will not be liable for any loss or extra expenses that may incur as a result. Where another company or persons operate the transfer, activity or excursion, Pacific Island Air is only acting as a Sales Agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with Pacific Island Air. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. A letter will be given to disrupted clients to give to their insurance provider.
