Situated on the sunset coast of Rarotonga, peacefully embracing its tropical surroundings, is the luxurious Waterfoot House.
Waterfoot House is a unique property which features nine separate pavilions, each serving different functions. Built with the warm tropical weather in mind, the high ventilated ceilings and large openings allow for good air circulation, and cool spaces year round.
The pavilion set front and center of the property houses a spacious living room fitted with a flat screen LCD TV with satellite channels, and a guest computer. Behind the living room – connected by a covered walkway, is a full kitchen equipped with all the mod-cons, and next to the kitchen is the Day Spa.
On either side of the living room are the two king suites – one of which is the Master Suite. Placed directly behind each of these suites are two junior suites.
The property boasts both indoor and outdoor living, offering several spaces inside and out to relax and dine. Set poolside you will find an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbeque, and on the opposite end is an open dining and lounging pavilion.
A step off the property has your feet sinking into soft, white sand. Take a stroll along the beach, swim, or laze in the sun gazing at the stunning turquoise lagoon. As the evening approaches, watch as the sun sets gracefully on the horizon.

The Rooms
On either side of the living room are the King Suites – one of which is a Master Suite with a Jacuzzi. These Suites are spacious, and feature air-conditioning, ceiling fan, king-size bed, bathroom with shower, walk-in wardrobe, writing desk and a flat screen television. The Suites also have private verandahs with outdoor furniture that overlook the swimming pool and lagoon.
Directly behind the Suites are two junior suites known as the Queen and Twin Suite. They too are air-conditioned, have a ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, writing desk, wardrobe and flat screen television.

Each morning breakfast is prepared and served at a
time that suits you, and in a location within the vicinity
of your choice.
Other meals such as lunch and dinner can be pre-
arranged on request. If you however prefer more finer dining then we can have a personal local chef
cook for you in-house – additional costs apply for all
chef services.
Day Spa:
One of the caretakers is a qualified Spa Therapist and is available by appointment. Additional costs apply.
Villa Pre Stocking:
If you would like your Villa pre-stocked with groceries
or beverages before your arrival please let us know. You will only be charged the cost of the items provided.
Maid Service:
Housekeeping is provided daily. Linen change every 3
days. Laundry service is available at an additional cost.
Wi-Fi:
Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property and WIFI vouchers can be purchased.
