The Edgewater Resort and Spa is the largest resort in the Cook Islands boasting a total of 282 air conditioned hotel rooms and villas. Situated on the western coast of Rarotonga, the resort has all that you would expect of a full service 3 star resort.
Spread out over an expansive 6 acres of beachfront section overlooking the stunning lagoon and picturesque views of the Rarotonga sunset, the Resort offers 9 different room categories to choose from. Ranging from Studio Apartments, 2 Bedroom Apartments, Lagoon View and Beachfront Rooms right up to the 3 Bedroom Garden and Beachfront Villas. Each block of rooms has been named after one of the fifteen islands of the Cook Islands.
All rooms and villas are spacious and well appointed, with modern fittings such as air conditioning, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, spacious bathroom, tea & coffee facilities, fridge, telephone, hair dryer, in-room safe and a private balcony or patio. Note. the ground floor of the Pukapuka suites have disabled access rooms.
Edgewater has a variety of onsite facilities available including a full service Restaurant & Bar, Swimming Pool, Tour Desk, 24 Hour Reception, Tennis Courts, Coconut Kids Club, Laundry Facilities, Wi-Fi access, BSP ATM and a Spa & Salon. The resort is easily accessible being only 5 minutes drive from the airport and another 5 minutes from the main township and instead of walking to the main road as most other properties require you to do, the local bus stops right at reception for your convenience.
