Aranui Passenger Information Form

The Aranui requires that all passengers fill out a passenger registration form. Please download, print and sign the Aranui Passenger Registration form. All sections must be filled out including Passport number & Expiry Date, Pre/Post cruise hotel, emergency contact, etc. A statement at the bottom of the form will also need to be signed which is similar to the below statement.

“Since there is no age limit requirement, we suggest that all passengers be in good physical condition. There are no handicap facilities on board the Aranui. The right is reserved to refuse passage to anyone in such a state of health or physical condition as to be unfit to travel or whose condition, for whatever reason, might be dangerous to the individual, other passengers or the safe operation of the vessel. CPTM (the operator of the Aranui) is not responsible for hospital, medical and/or evacuation charges incurred by you the passenger. “
